Happy Summer RAFOS Families! Dance song #1 this week is Cheerleader. The song can celebrate anyone who serves as a support system for another person. Next, is something a little different! This video of Stomp and the Harlem Globetrotters Making Music with Basketballs is a great example of “What is Sound?” showing that you don’t necessarily need a musical instrument to make music. Even basketballs can make music! You can use just about anything to make a rhythm. STOMP is a percussion group, originating in Brighton, United Kingdom that uses the body and ordinary objects to create a physical theater performance using rhythms, acrobatics and pantomime. The Harlem Globetrotters are talented basketball players who entertain with their skills. Have a blast!
